This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the basis which FunChineseWordGames (“we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of visitors/users (“you”) to/of www.funchinesewordgames.com (“Website”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). In addition, we may also collect details regarding a browsing or usage session (such as IP address, geo-location and/or device unique identifier), details regarding connected third party accounts (such as the e-mail or username for a connected PayPal, Google or Facebook account), correspondences, comments, feedback, and personal profile (if created), and any other personal data provided to us by your access of our Website or any other way.

We, or third parties on behalf of us, may also collect technical and aggregated usage information, such as your browsing and ‘click-stream’ activity, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc. This is generally non-personal data.

  1. Our website features a publicly accessible blog. Please be aware that any personal data you provide in the blog’s comment area may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.

  2. You can write in to us to request removal of your personal data from the blog area. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal data from such areas. For example, if you use a third party application to post a comment (e.g., the Facebook social plugin application) while logged in to your related profile with such third party, you must login into such application or contact its provider if you want to remove the personal data you posted on that platform.
